FundRaising.Com Invites Everyone To Come Meet Alice in Dairyland and Taste Our Award Winning Mint Chocolate Smoothies

Alice in Dairyland is coming to Cedarburg to bestow a great honor.
For the second year in a row, FundRaising.Com has earned the Wisconsin State Fair Seal of Excellence Award for its "Chocolate Smoothies" line of fundraising chocolates. This year, Mint Chocolate Smoothies will receive the honor. Natalie Parmentier, the 56th Alice in Dairyland, will present the award to Dick Raddatz, FundRaising.Com's CEO, at the company's Cedarburg office on Tuesday, December 9th, 2003 at 1:30pm. The general public and representatives from the media are invited to attend the Award Ceremony and Mint Chocolate Smoothie Sampling at the company's headquarters, located at N143 W5775 Pioneer Road in Cedarburg.
Mint Chocolate Smoothies are 1 oz. pieces of high-quality, pure milk chocolate meltaways with a light mint flavor. This fundraising chocolate product was one of 60 products taste-tested by over 25,000 consumers attending the 2003 Wisconsin State Fair.
"We are very proud of this award," said Raddatz. "Schools, school groups, scouts, religious groups and charities all across the country are selling products to raise money. Now they can sell two types of award-winning chocolate, made in Wisconsin, to raise their badly needed funds."
The Wisconsin Products Taste Testing program, conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, is an annual tradition at the State Fair. Fairgoers are given a sample of the product to taste and then fill out a survey card.
Products that receive an 80% or better consumer approval rating earn the Seal of Excellence. Not only does this program give companies an opportunity to showcase their products, it is also an incredible resource for consumer feedback. Companies that receive the award are allowed to use the seal in marketing and advertising for one year.
This year, only 22 Wisconsin food products will receive the Seal of Excellence Award.
